Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 can of artichoke heart big
  • 3 eggs Hard
  • 1 teaspoonful of onion grated
  • 1 teaspoonful of chicken bouillon
  • 2 teaspoons of Butter
  • 1 teaspoonful of mustard
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 3 teaspoons of flour
  • 6 teaspoons of Oaxaca cheese grated cheese
  • to taste of black pepper to taste

Preparation

Cut artichoke hearts and eggs into thin slices.
Arrange them on individual plates that can go to the oven (6 servings)
Melt the butter, add the onion, broth, mustard and pepper.
Add the flour slowly and stirring constantly over low heat.
Add the previously heated milk and cook stirring for ten minutes.
If you want the thickest sauce, add a tablespoon of flour mixed with four tablespoons of milk.
Distribute the sauce until it covers the artichoke hearts completely.
Cover with cheese and put it in the oven until it browns.

TIPS

If possible, buy fresh artichoke hearts.

me parece excelente Esto es lo mio...yo solo le cambiaria el queso por parmesano...pero esta deliciosa
