A very rich and lucid recipe to give aperitif or snack at a party, dinner or lunch. The beef is cooked with a teriyaki sauce and wrapped around the asparagus.

Preparation
In a steamer boil water with salt and cook the asparagus steamed until they get a bright green tone (about 10 minutes).
In a deep bowl, mix the soy, sake, ginger, katchup sauce and sugar to make the Teriyaki sauce.
Cut the beef into long rectangular pieces and mix with half the teriyaki sauce. They should leave approx. 24 pieces.
In a hot pan, add the vegetable oil and cook the beef for 2-3 minutes (it is cooked quickly because it is thin).
Remove from heat and add remaining teriyaki sauce.
Take each asparagus and wrap around it a roll of teriyaki meat.
