A brie cheese baked in a puff pastry with dried fruit, honey and rosemary. An exquisite and simple to prepare snack, ideal for any celebration or important dinner where you want to look good.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1 Brie cheese round
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 egg beaten with a fork to varnish the puff pastry
  • 2 spoonfuls of honey
  • 3 spoonfuls of cranberry
  • 1 teaspoonful of rosemary
  • 4 spoonfuls of almond Crushed or chopped walnut

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 C.
    In a bowl mix the cranberry, walnut, honey and rosemary.
    On a smooth surface sprinkle with a little flour and flatten the puff pastry to make a thin sheet.
    Put the cranberry mixture in the center of the puff pastry and place the brie cheese on top.
    Cover the edges of the puff pastry with a little of the egg and fold over the brie as if it were a gift.
    Turn the wrapped brie over and decorate with pieces of puff pastry. Glaze everything with the egg.
    Take to the oven for about 25 minutes or until the puff pastry turns brown.
    Remove and cool 10-15 minutes before serving.

    PRESENTATION

    Place on a plate with cookies around and decorate with dried cranberries.

    TIPS

    Remove the puff pastry from the refrigerator only until you are ready to use it.

    Se deja apróximadamente 25 minutos o hasta que dore el hojaldre. Recuerda estar al pendiente del horno pues varía dependiendo la potencia. Saludos Jacqueline.
