Preparation
Peel the bananas and spread them (with a certain angle so they are oval)
Pour Mazola Oliva and Soya oil in a pan, heat over medium heat and fry the banana slices.
Drain the bananas and reserve.
Beat the eggs in a bowl. Season, add the basil and half the onion.
In a round pan pour two tablespoons of oil Mazola Oliva and Soya, heat and pour the egg, turning the pan to cover the entire surface, as if you were to make an egg omelette.
Lower the heat to moderate and when the egg starts to set, place slices of cheese, then slices of fried banana in a spiral or pink and another half of the onion in julienne strips.
