The basket tacos are very rich and simple to cook them. Dare to cook them and you will see how rich they are.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 kilo tortilla, girls and thin
  • 2 potatoes, medium, cooked and peeled
  • 50 grams mole concentrate, in pasta
  • 2 cups chicken soup
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and shucked
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 2 tablespoons oil, to fry
  • to taste salt

Preparation

Mash potatoes until mashed, season with salt and heat in a pan over low heat.
Mix the mole with the broth and stir until it melts, add the chicken and cook until it thickens; rectify seasoning
Heat a comal spread lightly with oil and heat the tortillas without allowing them to roast.
Fill 1/3 of the tortillas with beans, another third with potatoes and another third with green mole; fold them in half as if they were quesadillas.
Put the blocks in a covered basket with a plastic and be covered with a clean cloth to sweat and keep warm.

TIPS

Try to drain the tacos very well so they do not have so much oil.
