Beans Charros Duran Duran Style

It's my modified version of charro beans from the state of Durango.

Ingredients

  • 3 - 4 pieces of chili Peppers finely chopped
  • tomatoes to taste
  • 15 milliliters of olive oil
  • 150 grams of sausage By porc
  • 100 grams of Turkey sausage
  • 100 grams of Turkey ham
  • 75 grams of smoked bacon
  • 5 grams of ground cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • coriander to taste

    Preparation

    Boil a liter of beans with a little extra water and liquefy the rest along with the cumin and add.
    Chop everything finely in cubes of 1 cm. The sliced ​​sausage is 1/2 cm thick.
    Cook the bacon and release its fat add the sausage and turkey ham add to the pot of the beans and then cook the jalapeño and onion along with the pork chorizo ​​in the olive oil, add salt to taste and let boil For 10 minutes.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with a little tomato and chopped cilantro.

    TIPS

    If the sausage is natural casing and does not detach, wet it a bit to remove it easily. If desired, give a little more flavor, you can change the jalapeño for tangy chilies.
