An avocado and lemon mousse for snacks and appetizers, I love avocado and the lemon mixture gives it a unique touch. I invite you to prepare this recipe and you will see that it is a great option for your family meals.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 avocados, large and mature
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 3 teaspoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon onion juice
  • 1 teaspoon English sauce
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • salt

Preparation

Return mashed avocados with a fork, add the parsley, salt, English sauce, lemon juice and onion.
Dissolve the gelatin in 1/2 cup of boiling water and add 1/2 cup of cold water.
Mix the cream, mayonnaise and dissolved gelatin and add to the avocado mixture.
The resulting mixture is put in a mold and then to the refrigerator until it sets.
If you want the avocado to be more green, you can put a few drops of green dye.
