Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 centigrade.
Spread the puff pastry on a flat surface with a little flour. Form a square large enough to wrap the brie cheese.
Mix in a glass the spoonful of water with the egg and reserve.
Mix the apricot jam (or raspberry) with the sliced or sliced almonds and the dried cranberries.
Mark the circle of the brie lightly over the puff pastry and fill with the marmalade mixture.
Remove the top white layer on the side of the brie cheese with a knife.
Place the cheese with the cut part on top of the marmalade.
Wrap in puff pastry and turn over.
Decorate the smooth part with pieces of puff pastry cut with a cookie mold.
Brush everything with the egg with water.
Put on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Let stand about 15 minutes before serving.
