Ingredients

8 portions
  • 8 tomatoes, ripe cut and seeded
  • 2 tablespoons garlic
  • 1/2 cups basil
  • 1/4 cups parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tablespoons dry pepper, peperoncino
  • 2 baguettes, cut into pieces of 1 cm each
  • 6 garlic, cut in half

Preparation

In a bowl, mix all ingredients except bread and garlic.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Store in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and toast the cut bread in a pan.
Spread with garlic and serve with the tomato mixture on top.

Rica pero laboriosa! Esta receta es una botana muy rica y fresca, pero lo malo es que tardas mucho en prepararla. Puedes hacerla un día antes y creo que tendrías un mejor resultado.
