Preparation
Cut a large loaf of bread into 1 cm slices. Sprinkle with olive oil and toast in the oven for a few minutes.
Chop 4 ripe tomatoes and mix with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and fresh basil (cut into strips).
Put the tomato mixture on the 30 cut loaves.
