Ingredients

3 portions
  • 150 grams manchego cheese
  • 150 grams guava paste, or quince
  • long sticks
  • Serrano hams, in slices (optional)

Preparation

Cut thin slices of cheese with a sharp knife. Try to keep 5cm x 5cm squares.
Do the same with the tie. If you want these you can make them thicker.
Form montecitos intercalating a slice of ate, one of cheese. Each skewer or stick must have at least 2 of each.
If you want you can place at the end a roll of ham serrano. Presents accommodated in a tray.

PRESENTATION

Form the towers, you can interlace different tastes to make it more visual.
