This recipe was given to me by a friend many years ago, I like it because it is easy and quick but above all tasty and nutritious. It is super versatile because it can be presented in several ways.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cans Tuna
  • 1 apple, green
  • 1 Red Apple
  • 1/2 red onions
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • chipotle chilies, to taste
  • salt, satisfaced
  • vol-au-vent shells, large lettuce leaves or biscuits to serve
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Finely chop apples and onion, stir and add lemon juice.
Add tuna, mayonnaise stirred with chili, salt and pepper, and integrate well.
Fill volovanes with the mixture or you can also serve on lettuce leaves in the form of taquitos. Another excellent option is to accompany with salted cookies.

PRESENTATION

It can be decorated with slices of avocado.
