Ingredients

2 portions
  • 100 grams pork belly, smoked
  • 150 grams cherry tomato
  • short pasta (kid friendly)
  • 100 grams pea
  • 4 slices multigrain box bread, countryside
  • 4 Fontina cheeses, fetas
  • 2 eggs
  • olive oils
  • 200 grams Spring mix lettuce
  • table salt
  • ground pepper

Preparation

Cut the bacon into sticks.
Brown in a pan leaving it to be defatted slowly.
Add the cherry to the pan and raise the heat to the maximum.
Cook until they start to burn.
Add the peas, sauté 1 minute more.
Deglaze with pastis.
Toast each slice of bread with a sheet of fontina in the toaster in a vertical position or in an electric oven.
Cook the eggs passed through water (with peel, in water, 7 minutes).
Clean the lettuce leaves and make a salad.
Serve the bruschetta, placing the toast with gratin cheese on it, the bacon sautéed with peas and cherry.
Accompany with green leaf salad.
