Cut the bacon into sticks.

Add the peas, sauté 1 minute more.
Deglaze with pastis.
Toast each slice of bread with a sheet of fontina in the toaster in a vertical position or in an electric oven.
Cook the eggs passed through water (with peel, in water, 7 minutes).
Clean the lettuce leaves and make a salad.
Serve the bruschetta, placing the toast with gratin cheese on it, the bacon sautéed with peas and cherry.
