  • 1 baguette, cut into 1 cm thick slices
  • 5 figs
  • 200 grams manchego cheese, Spanish

Preparation

Cut the baguette into 1 cm thick slices.
Cut the cheese into triangles and cut the fig into 6 pieces each.
Put the baguette in the oven to toast for 10 min. Take out and arrange the manchego cheese and put the figs on top.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a platter for canapés.
