Preparation
Melt the cut cheese into small cubes with the milk over low heat.
Cut the pear into small cubes and immerse in the lemon juice.
When the cheese has melted and present a creamy and thick state, add the pear, turn off the heat, season with salt and pepper and stir well.
Cut each slice of bread into four pieces and cover each with a little of that mixture, do it quickly before the mixture cools.
Garnish with an olive every canapé.
