Prepare these canapés of smoked salmon rolls with cream cheese and chives, they will be a success in your meetings. You can replace the smoked salmon with salmon trout if you wish.

Preparation
In a blender put the milk, flour, eggs, oil and salt. Mix well.
Heat a round pan with a few drops of oil (can be distributed by the pan with a napkin so it is not greasy).
Put a little of the mixture in the pan, ensuring that cover the whole pan and cook for about 45 seconds until golden brown on the bottom.
Repeat the same with the entire mixture.
Put the cream cheese in a bowl and mix with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Add the chopped chives and stir.
Spread the crepes with the prepared cream cheese, then put a layer of smoked salmon and arugula leaves. Roll up.
Cut the crepes into thick slices and put on a platter.
Decorate the rolls with an arugula leaf and serve.
