Preparation
Combine the first six ingredients in the bowl of the blender . Add the cold butter in cubes and mix in the dry ingredients at medium speed until the butter becomes soft. Add the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0% and the dill and gradually mix until combined.
In a floured tray and mix with your hand until the last floury remains are combined. Stretch the dough to approximately 1/2 "thick Cut the sandwiches and place on waxed paper in a lined tray Place the tray in the freezer.
Preheat the oven to 400ºF. When the oven is ready, remove the freezer sandwiches by brushing with heavy cream and baking for 16-18 minutes, turning the pan in 10 minutes.
