This recipe for hard-boiled eggs is filled with a cream of guacamole sprinkled with cilantro. It's an easy snack that everyone likes. You can give it a spicy touch with a few drops of Tabasco on top.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 6 eggs hard, previously cooked
  • 1/2 avocado mature
  • 2 green lemon juices
  • 1/4 of Cup of Mayonnaise
  • 1 pickled jalapeño pepper finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of coriander finely chopped

    Preparation

    Cut the hard eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and reserve.
    In a food processor, mix the avocado, the yolks, the lemon juice, and the mayonnaise until they are creamy.
    Add the chili to the prepared guacamole and fill the boiled eggs with this. (You can use a duya to make them beautiful).
    Serve boiled eggs with crackers and sprinkle with cilantro.

    TIPS

    You can fill the eggs before and refrigerate them one day before serving them.
