Ingredients

24 portions
  • 12 eggs, Cooked
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoons paprika
  • green lettuce, filleted

Preparation

Cook the eggs in a pot with boiling water for about 10 minutes. Try not to overcook so that the yolk does not turn black.
Cut the eggs in half. along. Remove the yolks; place them in a small bowl.
Add the mayonnaise and mustard, mix well with the yolks mashing with a fork.
Fill the center of each egg; sprinkle with paprika.
