Preparation
Mix the peppers, garlic, lemon, oil, salt, pepper in a bowl
Add the mozzarella and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes
Sprinkle the cut basil on the mozarella balls
Cut a tomatito in half and put on a stick first 1 tomato (to see the center part), then a small ball of mozarella and finally another tomato with the basil leaf around
Serve at room temperature. You can put a balsamic dressing for people to soak them.
