Ingredients

1 portion
  • 5 slices pumpkin
  • 1 pinch curry powder
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 3 slices Brie cheese
  • 1 ciabatta bread
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 3 cherry tomatoes, in halves
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil, mixed with balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Take out a few slices of your favorite vegetables like pumpkin, pepper, onion, carrot (season with: a little curry powder, salt with garlic and fresh ground pepper)
In a hot grill put olive oil, and then the slices of vegetables until they are marked brown the grill strips.
Divide the ciabatta in the middle and spread with a little mayonnaise, add the vegetables and cover with the brie, put the "lid" lid of the ciabatta and return it to the grill to brown the bread a little.
Start diagonally and serve accompanied by arugula salad and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh pepper and a little salt.

TIPS

You can put the slices of vegetables in a plastic bag with olive, curry, salt and pepper and "massage" them so that they are impregnated and let them marinate for 15 minutes.
