This Snack Tray Enchilada is a very easy-to-make snack recipe. To prepare it we use 4 different types of chili sauces, such as chamoy, chipotle and chili powder. The best thing about this recipe is that you can choose the fruits and vegetables that you like best to cook it.

In addition to this Charola de Botana Enchilada is very healthy, which makes it perfect to maintain your lifestyle. Enjoy a spicy and delicious snack.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 3 pieces of cucumber for the pepilocos
  • enough of Classic liquid Tajín® for the pepilocos
  • enough of Classic Tajín®
  • 1 Cup of jicama grated, for pepilocos
  • 1 Cup of carrot grated, for pepilocos
  • 9 pieces of Tamarindo candy for enchiladas apples
  • 3 pieces of apple for enchiladas apples
  • 1/2 piece of pineapple cut in half moons, for crazy pineapples
  • enough of Tajín® liquid chamoy for the crazy pineapples
  • 2 pieces of Kiwi in cubes, for skewers
  • 1/2 piece of pineapple in cubes, for skewers
  • 1/2 piece of mango in cubes, for skewers
  • 2 pieces of tangerine in segments, for skewers
  • 1/2 Cup of Strawberry small, for skewers
  • 1 Cup of Churritos cactus sticks at your service
  • 1 Cup of salted peanuts at your service
  • 1 Cup of Dominican banana dehydrated, to serve
  • 1 Cup of vegetable chips at your service
  • enough of Tajín® liquid chipotle at your service
  • enough of lemon juice at your service

    Preparation

    For the pepilocos, peel the cucumbers and cut into 3 equal parts. With the help of a spoon, hollow each part without reaching the bottom. Frost the edges of each cucumber passing through Tajín® classic liquid and then by Tajín® classic. Fill the cucumbers with jicama and grated carrot and reserve.
    For enchilada apples, place the tamarind candies in a bowl and heat in the microwave for 10 seconds. With the help of a rolling pin, spread them to form a masita and cover the apples completely. Sprinkle classic Tajín® and cut into thick slices. Reservation.
    Bread the pineapple slices through liquid and classic Tajín® chamoy. Reservation.
    Assemble fruit skewers by inserting kiwi, pineapple or mango, mandarin segments and a strawberry in skewers.
    For the assembly, in a large platter or tray, arrange the crazy pineapples on the banks, continue with the enchiladas apples, the pepilocos and in the middle place the banderillas de frutas, churritos de cactus, the peanuts, the plantains and vegetable chips . Serve with lemon and classic Tajín®, chipotle and liquid chamoy. Enjoy

    PRESENTATION

    Arrange all the snacks in a tray and accompany with lemon and Tajín® sauce in powder and liquid.

    TIPS

    Remember that each microwave has different potencies, so when heating the tamarind candy take care that the time is not too much, you only need to soften it.
