Ingredients

10 portions
  • 200 grams fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 100 grams black greek olive
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1/4 cups white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper

Preparation

Cut the mozarella cheese into quarters if they are of the large balls, if they are small leave like this.
Place the cheese in a deep dish and add the olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix and leave to marinate for 25 minutes at room temperature.
To make the prochetas with wooden sticks placing a cheese, an olive and a leaf of basil.

PRESENTATION

Place in a white bowl or white dish and serve as a snack or canapé.

TIPS

It can also be made with panela cheese.
