A rich dip made with mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and basil.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cups walnut, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoons basil
  • 60 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with whole walnuts and serve with fresh vegetables.

TIPS

The acid cream and mayonnaise can be substituted by light versions to reduce the calories of the dip.
