The dips to take of snack to the Christmas dinner are a super option, to start the night with a very lucidora and delicious snack, prepare this dip in the form of Christmas tree made with cream cheese, rosemary and chile morita. Covered with a spectacular combination of olives of all kinds that gives the PERFECT finish.

Ingredients

14 portions
  • 4 cups cream cheese, Cut into cubes and at room temperature, for dip
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder, for dip
  • 1/2 cups dried tomato, for dip
  • 1/4 cups bell pepper, of colors, finely chopped for dip
  • 1 cup salami, finely chopped, for dip
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, finely chopped, for dip
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder, for dip
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, for dip
  • 2 morita chiles, finely chopped, for dip
  • 1 tablespoon salt, for dip
  • 1 cup black olive, to decorate dip
  • 1 cup green olive, big and small, to decorate dip
  • yellow bell pepper, and red, cut into small circles and star, to decorate
  • rosemary, to decorate, the dip
  • cracker, To accompany

Preparation

In a bowl add all the ingredients of the dip, mix until the ingredients are incorporated.
On a table place non-stick plastic, add the previous preparation, cover with plastic and with your hands little by little form the little cheese tree. Place it on a board, cover with the olives, decorate with pepper circles, rosemary and star to finish. Refrigerate
Serve the little tree with salty cookies and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Place the small tree on a base and decorate with spheres of pepper, star and crackers.

TIPS

Cut the pepper circles with a circle shaped duya and the star with a cookie cutter.
