Cheese Crown with Bacon

The cheese dip snack is always a success at Christmas dinners, this super original recipe of a Christmas wreath based on a cheese dip with bacon, red pepper, parsley, a touch of onion, walnut and olive is ideal. Accompany with salty cookies in the shape of a star.

Ingredients

  • 6 packages of cream cheese cut into cubes at room temperature (190 gc / u)
  • 2 cups of bacon fried, finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of Red pepper finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of parsley finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of onion powder
  • 1/4 of Cup of nut finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of green olive cut into slices
  • 2 spoonfuls of hot sauce tabasco type
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • to taste of parsley to decorate
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper to decorate
  • to taste of salty cracker To accompany

    Preparation

    In a bowl, add the cheese until smooth, add the bacon, pepper, parsley, onion powder, walnut, green olive, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are incorporated.
    In a round plate, with the help of an ice cream spoon, place the dip, and with a non-stick plastic, form a crown. Garnish with peppers and parsley leaves. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
    Serve with crackers.

    PRESENTATION

    Form poinsettia decorations with peppers and parsley leaves, place the crackers around.
