Ingredients

12 servings
  • 800 grams of chickpea Canned
  • 1/2 Cup of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 spoonfuls of fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 1/2 spoonfuls of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin powder
  • 2 spoonfuls of paprika
  • 1/4 of Cup of Water

    Preparation

    In a blender mix all the ingredients except the pereil.
    Pour the dip on a plate and decorate with the parsley. Serve with Arabic bread or toast.

    PRESENTATION

    You can decorate shapes with paprika and parsley.
