Chiles Güeros Wrapped in Bacon

A simple recipe, but great flavor, very good for meetings or accompany some beers, it is easy to make and the ingredients you need can be obtained simply.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1/4 of kilo of bacon in strips
  • 1/4 of kilo of asadero cheese
  • 6 pieces of güero pepper

    Preparation

    Place the chiles on the comal for a moment, not too much so they do not get watery.
    Cut in triangle from the tail of the chili to the tip of it, leaving the tip of the triangle towards the tip of the chili.
    Remove the seeds and unveil completely.
    Fry approximately 6 strips of bacon, let cool and chop the strips.
    Discard the cheese or grind it depending on the cheese you choose.
    Fill the cheese with half the chili, place some chopped bacon and the rest of the space in the chilli fill it with more cheese.
    Place the triangle cut again in its place with the chili stuffed and begin to wrap the chili with bacon, fixing it with a toothpick.
    Fry until the bacon is golden brown and the cheese melts completely. Serves hot

    PRESENTATION

    Serve accompanied by salad, snack, dads, beers or whatever you like.

    TIPS

    Buy good sized chili peppers. Devena chiles well if you do not want them to be very spicy. You can substitute the asadero cheese for the one you like the most. You can remove some fat with an absorbent napkin.
