Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 cup flour, sifted
  • 300 milliliters mineral water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 12 sausages
  • 1 liter oil
  • 12 chopsticks, for banderillas
  • mayonnaise, mustard and catsup to taste

Preparation

Mix the flour with the salt, pepper, egg, and mineral water and finally the baking powder with a mixer to get rid of the lumps; There must be a heavy and thick mixture.
Thread the sausages with the sticks for banderillas and bathe with this mixture the sausages; Heat the oil in a saucepan or pan at 180 ° C.
Fry the sausages perfectly bathed with the mixture for 30 seconds and turn them so that they are golden and well puffed and remove them so they do not overcook. Remove them and drain them on a paper towel.

PRESENTATION
