Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of nut toast
  • 1 piece of cream cheese
  • 2 cups of apricot dry
  • 4 pieces of chipotle chile pepper dry
  • 1 Cup of orange juice
  • enough of coriander to decorate

    Preparation

    Chop the pecans finely and place them on a plate and cover the cream cheese on all sides. Reserve.
    For the sauce, blend the apricots with the chipotle in marinade and half of the orange juice until you obtain a puree. Cook the previous preparation in a saucepan with the rest of the orange juice until it thickens. Season and let cool.
    Serve the apricot sauce as a thin layer on a plate. Place the pecan covered cheese on top and decorate with cilantro. Accompany with crackers.

    TIPS
