Pour the flour in a dish and add little by little, with the blender of rods, milk, eggs, salt and sugar.
The dough has to be smooth but not thick.
Let it sit for 5 minutes and then spread a medium skillet with the butter and wait for it to warm over medium heat.
To make the first crepe, we make a soup spoon and distribute it so that it occupies the entire base of the pan.
Once browned for 1 minute on a low heat, the layer under the crepe is removed with the help of a spatula and we turn it over to brown the other side.
We must repeat the operation to grease the pan with butter with each crepe.
Since this crepe is ready, we fold it in half and in that half it smells place the turkey ham and the Manchego cheese.
Then it is folded in half again leaving the crepe in the shape of a triangle.
To make the rolls, cut the triangle in half and fold each piece from corner to corner making the roll.
Place a wooden stick that goes through the middle of each roll and place on a serving plate.
