Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg, smoothie to glaze
  • 1 cup oil, to fry
  • 1 cucumber, Cut into thin slices and circles with a duya

  • 1 cup strawberry, cut into quarters for the jam

Preparation
