Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 cup Great Value® wheat flour
  • 35 milliliters Water
  • 1 egg, smoothie
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup Great Value® Canola Oil
  • 1 cup Extra Special® raspberry jam
  • 1 cup Extra Special Goat Cheese®
  • 2 packages Serrano ham Extra Special® pork harddish
  • 1 cup FIG, in halves
  • 1 cup Fresh mint

Preparation

In a bowl add flour, water, egg and salt. Beat for 15 minutes until a homogeneous and elastic mass is obtained.
Spread the dough on a floured surface and using a round cutter cut circles. Reservation.
Heat the oil over medium heat and fry for 3 minutes until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
Place a bit of Extra Special® raspberry jam on a circle, add a bit of fresh natural Extra Special® goat cheese, Extra Special® serrano ham, figs and garnish with fresh mint.
