Ingredients

  • 1 onion, big
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cups ground bread, thick or panco
  • 1/2 liters oil
  • enough salt, to taste
  • enough black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Heat the oil to 176 ° C.
Cut the onion into 1 centimeter slices. Separate the rings from each slice.
Combine flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl. Go through this mixture onion rings.
In another bowl, mix egg and milk, beat.
Pass the onion rings covered with flour by the egg mixture, place them in a rack to drain the excess egg.
