The best snack you'll find so far! We prepare this special recipe of Cucumbers (Pepilocos) with pickled pork rinds that will undoubtedly become your favorite for any meeting or to snacks in the afternoons.

The classic pepilocos now take as topping, the traditional pickled pork rinds and are prepared with super easy to get ingredients. If the pickled pork rinds are not your favorite snack, you can substitute pork rinds (chicharrón). With what would you like to accompany this Mexican snack?

4 portions
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 cup carrot, grated
  • 1 cup pickled coriander, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup spicy peanut
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1/4 cups spicy sauce
  • enough salt
  • enough Churrito, of chili to decorate
  • enough pequin pepper, to decorate


On a wooden board, peel the cucumbers, cut the cucumbers in half, with the help of a spoon, remove the seeds. Reserve.
In a bowl, mix the carrot, the little pork rinds, the peanuts, the lemon juice, the hot sauce, and season with salt to your liking.
Fill the cucumbers with the previous preparation, decorate with churritos and chili pepper.
Serve with a cold beer.

You can replace the prickled pork rinds with pork rinds (chicharrón). Prepare your snack at the moment, so it stays fresh.
