Dip with Spinach, Artichoke and Cheese

Our favorite combination to boot will always be the bread with cheese, enjoy this creamy and delicious cream cheese dip with spinach and artichoke hearts, on a rustic and crispy loaf of bread. You will be fascinated!

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups spinach, washed and disinfected (cut into strips)
  • 1 cup artichoke heart
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 rustic bread

Preparation

Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the oil and cook the onion and garlic. Add the spinach and cook about 5 minutes.
Add the artichoke hearts and the cream cheese, cook 5 more minutes or until the cheese melts. Season with salt and pepper.
Hollow a loaf of rustic bread and stuffed with the dip still hot, serve immediately.
