Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups spinach, washed and disinfected (cut into strips)
  • 1 cup artichoke heart
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 rustic bread

Preparation

Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the oil and cook the onion and garlic. Add the spinach and cook about 5 minutes.
Add the artichoke hearts and the cream cheese, cook 5 more minutes or until the cheese melts. Season with salt and pepper.
Hollow a loaf of rustic bread and stuffed with the dip still hot, serve immediately.
