Ingredients

10 portions
  • 250 grams pita bread
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 200 grams Serrano ham
  • 1 cup FIG
  • 1 cup lettuce, to decorate
  • to taste sesame seed, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the bread in the micro 25 seconds, then separate it and cut into triangles. Put them in the same mic for one minute. Cut the fig into slices and the serrano ham as thin as possible.
Arrange the triangles with the dip humms, add the serrano ham and a little olive oil. Add fig on each triangle.
Serve on a bed of lettuce and sprinkle sesame.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.

TIPS

Dry the lettuce to prevent it from softening the bread.
