Ingredients

6 servings
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 5 spoonfuls of chilli powder
  • 5 spoonfuls of zataar
  • spray oils

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
    Lightly spray the tortillas with the spray and sprinkle half with chili powder and half with the Arabic Zatar.
    Turn the tortillas and repeat the procedure.
    Cut the tortillas into 8 slices and place them on a baking sheet.
    Bake 10 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany all your favorite snacks or use as table bread for a meal.

    TIPS

    The Zatar species is composed of thyme, sumac, sesame seeds and salt. It can be found in Arab stores.
