It is a snack with a good content of vitamins and proteins, perfect so you do not feel hungry. Prepare the hummus and cut the cucumbers a night before, so you will avoid being late for work.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/2 cups chickpea, tin
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon tahini sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 cucumber

Preparation

Place the drained chickpeas in the processor, add the lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, salt and pepper, process until everything is well incorporated.
Serve the hummus in a bowl and sprinkle paprika on top. Wash the cucumber, cut it into thin canes and accompany with the hummus.

PRESENTATION

Add a little olive oil and sprinkle paprika on top of the hummus.

TIPS

Remove the seeds to the cucumber, to avoid irritating your stomach.
