Ingredients

8 servings
  • 3 cups of cream cheese cut into cubes and at room temperature
  • 1/4 of Cup of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 3/4 of Cup of smoked oyster finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 3 spoonfuls of spicy sauce Tabasco, preferably
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 cups of almond half with shell and half without shell, toast
  • enough of rosemary
  • enough of dehydrated cranberry
  • 1 slice of box bread for the star
  • enough of crackers To accompany

    Preparation

    For the dip, in a bowl mix the cream cheese with the chipotle in adobo, the garlic powder, the oysters, the salt, the pepper, the hot sauce and the lemon juice.
    On a table, place non-stick plastic, add the previous preparation, cover with more plastic and with your hands give it the shape of a tree. Refrigerate 20 minutes.
    Meanwhile, flatten with a rolling pin a slice of bread box and with the help of a cookie cutter, cut stars. Bake in the electric oven on medium heat until golden brown.
    Remove the cooling dip and place on a plate. Decorate with almonds, blueberries, rosemary and finish with the bread star. Serve with crackers.

    PRESENTATION

    TIPS

    Use seasonal nuts to make it more economical. If you do not have an electric stove, you can toast the bread.
