Dip of Buffalo Chicken and Guacamole

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1 Cup of bacon finely chopped for chicken
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped for chicken
  • 3 spoonfuls of White onion finely chopped for the chicken
  • 1 piece of chicken breast cut into fajitas
  • 1 Cup of buffalo sauce for the chicken
  • 4 cups of cream cheese for the dip
  • 1/4 of Cup of buffalo sauce for the dip
  • 1/4 of Cup of dressing ranch, for the dip
  • 1/4 of Cup of celery finely chopped for the dip
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder for the dip
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper for the dip
  • 5 pieces of avocado
  • 1/2 Cup of onion finely chopped for the guacamole
  • 1/2 Cup of cuaresmeño or jalapeño pepper finely chopped for the guacamole
  • 1/2 Cup of coriander finely chopped for the guacamole
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice for the guacamole
  • 1 pinch of Salt for the guacamole
  • to taste of cream cheese
  • to taste of cherry tomato to decorate
  • to taste of mozzarella cheese to decorate
  • to taste of tortilla chips to serve

    Preparation

    Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the bacon until it is crispy and loosen the fat, add the garlic, onion, chicken breast and buffalo sauce. Cook for 10 minutes or until the chicken is well cooked. Remove from cooking and finely chop the chicken. Chill
    For the dip, in a bowl mix the previous preparation with cream cheese, plus buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, celery, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix and place the preparation in a refractory. Reserve.
    For the guacamole, in a processor, place all the ingredients and process for 3 minutes or until you get a smooth guacamole, season to taste with salt. Cover the chicken dip with the guacamole and smooth very well with the help of a spatula.
    With the help of a pastry sleeve with cream cheese, decorate forming the lines of the court and the goals. Place the tomatoes and cheese simulating the players, served with chips.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate your refractory as if it were a soccer field and serve with chips.

    TIPS

    Refrigerate your dip a bit so it is more consistent.
