Delicious tuna dip with corn ideal for meetings with friends and family will please everyone.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 100 grams milk cream
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 2 cans tuna in water, (130 gr each)
  • 1/2 chipotle chilies
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 1 can corn
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 cucumber

Preparation

Put half the cream in the blender jar, the cream cheese at room temperature, the tuna tins already drained, if you are going to use the chipotle pepper put the desired amount (without seeds), season with a little salt and pepper, blend until a smooth texture is obtained, if it is too thick, add more cream.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the drained corn can, mix to integrate it. Place the bowl on a tray and reserve.
Wash the carrots and cucumber, with a peeler remove the skin to both. With the carrot, form 1 cm strips. Wide. Cut the cucumber in half and remove the seeds, cut into strips the same thickness as the carrots, but also have a similar length. Place both, on the tray, along with the sticks or cookies.

TIPS

You can add jicama and chopped celery, you can accompany it with bread sticks.
