Guacamole Dip with Enchipotlados Shrimp

Prepare this spectacular soccer field dip based on shrimp enchipotlados with a guacamole with mayonnaise and a touch of lemon juice that will fascinate you. It will be the feeling for the superbowl.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 of piece of White onion roasted, for marinade
  • 1 tooth of Garlic Roasted with shell, for marinade
  • 1/2 Cup of marinated chipotle chile for marinade
  • 1 piece of tomato roast, for marinade
  • 1/4 of Cup of Water for marinade
  • 1/4 of Cup of Orange juice for marinade
  • 1/2 kilo of shrimp
  • 1/2 Cup of lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Pepper
  • 1 teaspoonful of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • 1 tablespoon of Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of Mayonnaise Best Foods®
  • 1 Cup of cream cheese cut into cubes
  • 8 pieces of avocado for guacamole
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice for guacamole
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder for guacamole
  • 1/4 of Cup of cuaresmeño chile finely chopped, for guacamole
  • 1/4 of Cup of Mayonnaise Best Foods® for guacamole
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • enough of pretzel squares

    Preparation

    For the marinade, blend the onion with the garlic, the chipotle chilies, the tomato, the water and the orange juice until you get a smooth sauce.
    In a bowl place the shrimps with lemon juice, salt and pepper, marina 5 minutes.
    Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil and butter, fry the garlic until golden brown, add the shrimp you previously marinated and the sauce.
