Mix in the blender jar or food processor, cooked chickpeas with water, lemon juice, cilantro, tahini sauce, ground garlic , salt and paprika. Blend as long as necessary until it starts to become a smooth and uniform mixture.
Add little by little the olive oil while still liquefying. If necessary, you can add more water.
