Ingredients

6 portions
  • PAM® Oliva, extra virgin olive oil in spray
  • 170 grams goat cheese
  • 3/4 cups skim milk
  • 1/2 cups red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoons clove, ground
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the goat cheese, the skim milk, the vinegar, the oregano, the cumin and the ground cloves. Add shot to shot of PAM® Oliva, up to 5 shots, without stopping moving with a whisk.
Beat well with a fork until all the ingredients are perfectly incorporated and sprinkle with 11 shots of PAM® Oliva, season and refrigerate.

PRESENTATION

You can serve it cold in a glass bowl and decorate it with a bit of chopped or whole onion.

TIPS

This dressing is recommended for salads, even for use in sandwiches and baguettes, the durability of this dressing is one week in refrigeration, it is recommended to store it in a glass container.
