Ingredients

36 portions
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 50 milliliters sour cream
  • 1 can red pepper, or 1 roasted pepper
  • cookies, chips, toast
  • 200 milliliters olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic

Preparation

Add in the glass of the blender: cream cheese, basil, 1 clove of garlic, cream and peppers.
Add little by little the olive oil (in thread).
Season and blend to a creamy consistency.
Accompany with toast, bread, cookies or chips.
