Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 piece of jalapeno pepper
  • 1 piece of poblano pepper
  • 1 piece of serrano pepper
  • 1 Cup of cream cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of whipping cream
  • 1/4 of Cup of coriander
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 Cup of bacon finely chopped and fried, to serve
  • 1 piece of cucumber cut into sticks
  • 1 Cup of Bell pepper of colors, cut into sticks
  • 2 pieces of carrot cut into sticks
  • 1 Cup of celery cut into sticks
  • 1 piece of beets cooked and cut into sticks
  • 1 Cup of jicama cut into sticks
  • 2 cups of cherry tomato of various colors
  • 1 Cup of vegetable dehydrated
  • enough of parsley
  • enough of rosemary

    Preparation

    In a comal roast the garlic together with the chiles for 10 minutes. Once roasted, reserve the garlic and place the chiles in a plastic bag to sweat for 15 minutes.
    Remove the chiles from the bag, and with a knife, remove the skin, remove the veins and the seeds.
    Blend cream cheese with chilies, roasted garlic, whipping cream, cilantro, salt, pepper and olive oil until smooth. Serve with vegetables and garnish with fried bacon.
