This recipe for spinach and artichoke dip will love it. It is easy to prepare and is delicious, accompany it with some chips.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 200 grams artichoke hearts or bottoms
  • 300 grams frozen spinach
  • 1 package Philadephia cheese
  • 3/4 cups cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup manchego cheese, grated

Preparation

Spinach is placed in a microwave-safe container and put into the microwave for 1 min. Remove the spinach and squeeze them.
Put all the ingredients in the food processor by putting spinach and artichokes at the end. It is stirred little by little since it must not be totally ground.
Put the mixture in a previously greased refractory and put it in the oven at 180ºC for 25 minutes to see it gratinated.
