Ingredients

20 servings
  • 1 1/2 cans of artichoke hearts
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 1/4 of Cup of shallot chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 Cup of Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 1/2 Cup of light mayonnaise
  • 2/3 of Cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of mozzarella cheese grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • cooking spray oils

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 190ºC.
    In a blender add the Yogurt Type Greek FAGE Total 0%, artichoke hearts, garlic, echallot, mayonnaise and ½ cup of artichoke juice.
    Combine the blender mixture with the rest of the ingredients in a medium bowl.
    Pour into a previously greased refractory and bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and the cheese melts.
    To serve.
