A delicious dip of spinach and artichoke light, a delicious snack without guilt. You can eat it as a mid-afternoon snack or to botanize with your guests.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 1 1/2 cans artichoke heart
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/4 cups shallot, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cups Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 1/2 cups light mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cups parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • cooking spray oils

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190ºC.
In a blender add the Yogurt Type Greek FAGE Total 0%, artichoke hearts, garlic, echallot, mayonnaise and ½ cup of artichoke juice.
Combine the blender mixture with the rest of the ingredients in a medium bowl.
Pour into a previously greased refractory and bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and the cheese melts.
To serve.
