Preparation
For the sweet sauce: grind the tomatoes and bring to a boil with the oregano and the cloves and add the water and salt.
Sauce spicy: in a pot put to boil the tree chili with water, grind and store.
Cut the onion into rings, put it with the vinegar, water and the lemon to flake.
To serve: split the bolillo, add the beans and the carnitas. Then, cover with sweet sauce, put cabbage, and onion and add the spicy sauce on top.
